HTC Explorer also has Bluetooth 3.0 and it supports WiFi 802.11 b/g/n. One can also make this device act as a WiFi hotspot. This means you can share your 3G internet with other wifi devices.
Mobile build quality is very good given its low price. It has a rubberized back panel which also has some polished metal part with HTC logo on it. It has 512 MB of ROM and 384 MB of RAM. Device also has 90 MB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB with the help of external microSD card.
