iPhone 5 Rumors After The Apple iPhone4S

iPhone 5 Rumors
Rumors are still abound regarding the release of iPhone 5 also commonly referred to as iPhone 4S. In reality, the rumors about iPhone 5 release have become rather a rage with the cell phone industry certain that the new phone will make its entrance in spring of 2012. Tech fanatics as well as Apple fans are fervently awaiting the release of iPhone 5, however Apple is still facing competition from other smart phone manufacturers such as HTC, Motorola and Samsung. Nokia in conjunction with Windows are expected to announce the debut of their first smartphone operating on Windows 7 operating system this fall. As rumors continue to fly around about the release of iPhone 5, let's take a sneak peak at some of the key features of iPhone 5 smartphone that may rattle the rest of the competition.
Product specifications 4G
4G has become the latest rage, especially amongst smartphone enthusiasts given that it provides them with fast internet access. Currently, mobile service providers AT&T plus Verizon are the only ones that are offering 4G services. Some of the rumors flying around are that Apple is deferring the release of iPhone 5 so as to make it a 4G handset to the carriers. But, there are also rumors that Apple may give Sprint the new iPhone.
Camera
Apple has made adjustment in the camera section by fitting the current iPhone 4 with a 5-megapixel camera along with LED flash. However, rumors are flying around that iPhone 5 may be fitted with an 8 megapixel camera. The lens to the phone will be supplied by either Sony or Omnivision.
Processor
There is an agreement in consumer electronic circles that Apple will introduce its dual-core A5 processor to the new iPhone 5 smartphone. The dual-core A5 chip is similar to the one used to power iPad 2. It is expected that the A5 processor will be in the range of 1.2 GHz to 1.5GHz given that numerous Android smartphones already have processor speeds of 1.2GHz. Plus, other smartphone manufacturers such as Samsung already have phones running dual-core processors. Other features that iPhone 5 smartphone are expected to have are HDMI-Out port, enhanced graphics, increased memory capacity of up to 64GB and an improved battery life. The current battery in the 4S has had it's problems and I'm sure this problem will be fixed and improved by the time of the release of the iPhone 5.
